For vending operators

Give your machines a voice.

VendVoice is a small add-on that lets customers order by voice: just say what you want. It's something new to pitch to locations, it runs entirely on the device, and it fits the machines you already own.

How it works

No app, no screen to find, no buttons to read. Say “Hey Vendi” and talk to the machine the way you'd talk to a person.

1

Say it

“Can I get a Coke?” “What snacks do you have?” “How much are the chips?” Plain English, no special commands.

2

It confirms

The machine repeats your choice and the price out loud. If it isn't sure what you meant, it asks. It never guesses.

3

It vends

Pay the way you already do, and your item drops. The machine tells you where to find it.

Built for real locations

Designed around what operators and facility managers actually worry about.

Private by design

Speech is processed on the device itself. No audio is sent to the cloud, and nothing is recorded. It only listens after its wake word, “Hey Vendi.”

Fits existing machines

A compact module that connects to the machine's standard payment interface (MDB). No new machine needed, and it's designed to work alongside your card reader.*

Knows when it's unsure

Noisy break room? Mumbled order? It asks again, not dispensing the wrong thing. Every decision is checked before anything vends.

* Compatibility depends on the machine's controller. We'll check your models as part of the pilot.

Reserve an early unit

We're building the first units now. Reserve a spot and tell us about your machines, and we'll check they're compatible before anything ships.

Where we are: VendVoice is in development. Pilot partners get early units, direct input on features, and pricing worked out together. Signing up just starts a conversation.

Questions

Will it work with my machines?

VendVoice connects over MDB, the standard payment interface in most modern vending machines. Full voice selection needs a recent controller. Tell us your makes and models and we'll check.

Does it record people?

No. Speech is turned into text on the device and discarded. No audio leaves the machine, and it only listens after hearing its wake word.

What about payment?

The goal is for customers to pay the way they already do: card, phone or badge. The exact setup depends on your machines and card reader, and we'll work it out with each pilot site.

What will it cost?

Pricing isn't set yet. Pilot partners help decide it, which is why we ask what feels fair.
